**We have an immediate opening for Land Revenue Asst. at Jalandhar (Punjab) for a leading real estate Company which is a part of Mexmon group.**

**Experience of Revenue Department min 3-10 years.**

The Assistant Revenue Manager supports the operation of the revenue department to optimize sales for the property. He assists to ensure maximum revenue opportunities are achieved through execution and maintenance of all sales strategies implemented by Director of Revenue Management. He ensures sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate to all business sources, and works very closely with the Sales and Marketing and other business departments of the property.

The Assistant Revenue Manager analyses and reports revenue management data, generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.; conducts sales strategy analysis and refine as appropriate to increase market share of the property. He explores opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients and encourage innovation; and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes.

c. Registrar of Assurances

for title search reports and verification of property title and other Government Departments for land acquisition
- Interaction with Collector, Town Planners, Tehsildar, Patwari and other related Government Offices
- Ensure compliance to various rules and regulations laid down by Government as per Land Acquisition Act, evaluation, negotiation, verification check of land, land tax, stamp duty, city survey records, title clearance and other compliance tasks.
- Supervise completion of registration formalities with the various Statutory Authorities
- Familiar with drafting of documents e.g. MoU, Deed of Conveyance, Power of Attorney, Affidavits and Declarations etc.
- Good communication and translation skills in Punjabi, Hindi and English.
- Preference will be given to persons who have recently retired from the Revenue Department/ working on temporary basis in department/ BDA with good references
- Should be familiar with working on Computers
- Sound Health

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
