Job Objective
- Support the Director of Revenue by assisting with pricing strategies, inventory control, and data analysis.
- Ensure accurate system inputs and monitor performance metrics to identify revenue opportunities.
Essential Job Tasks
- Assist in Pricing and Inventory Management: Support in managing pricing strategies and inventory for rooms and other revenue streams.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare daily and weekly reports, analyzing key performance metrics and trends.
- Rate and Inventory Updates: Assist the Revenue Manager in updating rates and inventory across all distribution channels.
- Data Accuracy and System Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in the RMS and PMS.
- Administrative and Project Support: Provide administrative assistance for revenue management initiatives and projects.
Areas of Responsibility
- Support in Pricing and Inventory Control: Assist in making pricing adjustments and managing inventory as directed by the Revenue Manager.
- Data Management and Reporting: Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy in the RMS and PMS, with the authority to update system inputs.
- Administrative and System Support: Handle administrative tasks and provide technical support for revenue management processes, including updating rate plans and monitoring system functionality.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure accurate implementation of strategies.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Business or any other discipline
Preferred – Masters degree in Hospitality, Business or any other discipline.
Analytics or Mathematics background
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
Work Experience
1 - 3 years' experience in Revenue Management
Languages Needed in Position
