Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations | Biorev (Mohali, Onsite)

Biorev is hiring a Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations to support our Business Development operations. This role focuses on Sales, Revenue Generation , workflow coordination, CRM/data management, dashboard reporting, and team performance tracking.

Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, sales, revenue generation,maintain CRM accuracy, prepare performance dashboards, support demos/client communication, and streamline processes across teams.

Requirements: 4+ yrs in sales/revenue generation/process coordination/operations/ team handling (any industry), strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, CRM knowledge (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho preferred), excellent communication & organizational skills.
