**Counsellor**:
Experienced educational counsellor for centre that offers job oriented courses in animation VFX gaming graphics minimum one year experience in the field of counselling or sales. Target oriented job extremely disciplined people required.
**We're looking for an Admissions Counselor for Arena Animation. As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for communicating with prospective leads, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.**
**Role & Responsibility**:
- Counselling students for admissions (targets will be provided)
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on boarded.
- Student Management (admissions process, daily queries, managing schedules, classes etc).
- General Administration (office, environment, collections, daily records).
- Co-coordinating for student placements.
**Who are we looking for**:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Down-to-earth attitude
- Focus on sales along-with quality counselling
- Excellent in written and verbal English & Gujarati
- Expertise in Word, Excel
- ∙Diligent on student and staff management
- Can work under pressure
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
