**Job Title**: Admission Counsellor

**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in advising and assisting students and their families throughout the admission process for various educational programs (e.g., higher education, study abroad programs, etc.). You will be responsible for understanding student needs, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring a smooth and successful admission experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counselling**: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic background, career goals, and aspirations.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for student enrolments.
- **Participating in Educational Fairs**: Represent Mentor Universe at educational fairs and events.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on counselling activities, student progress, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Psychology, or related fields).
- Proven experience in education counselling, admissions, or student advising (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Knowledge of various educational systems and admission processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹11,034.75 - ₹33,955.09 per month
