**About Office of External Engagement**:
The Office of Admissions and Outreach is responsible for an effective and efficient admission process in line with the vision of the University. The major functions of the Office include but are not limited to the following:

- Advice students about programmes offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
- Coordinate with faculty members to conduct tests and interviews to enrol students.
- Participate in events, open houses, education fairs, school visits and off campus events.
- Work closely with academic staff and the marketing office to ensure effective transition of all applicants to students.
- Develop strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enrol more students.
- Maintain a database of students in order to generate reports for management for effective decision making whenever required.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement ensuring high quality service.

Manager Admissions

**Required education qualification**:
A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Master’s degree will be an added benefit

**years of experience**:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in college admissions or counselling

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:
Counselling and Advising: Provide accurate and detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life to prospective students, parents, and guidance counsellors

Interviews and Information Sessions: Conduct individual and group information sessions, interviews, and campus tours to help prospective students better understand the university’s offerings and make informed decisions about their educational goals.

- Ability to effectively showcase the university’s programmes and benefits.
- Excellent active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of admission process.
