**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay updated on industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our products/services.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Handle negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.
- **Customer Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales (prior experience in furniture is a plus).
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- **Customer**-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Gender: Female (as per organizational needs)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers: Not allowed, applicants must have prior sales experience (3-4 years minimum).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
