**Executive Support to MD**
Act as the main point of contact between the MD, internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, travel plans, and important deadlines.
Assist in documentation, reporting, and follow-ups on key tasks.
Conduct research and suggest strategies for business growth.
**HR & Recruitment**
Negotiate salaries and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Train employees on their roles and responsibilities.
Track attendance, manage leave records, and prepare salary reports.
Monitor employee performance and provide monthly reports to the MD.
**Administration & Coordination**
Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all departments.
Oversee the company’s administrative functions and maintain records.
Schedule and conduct meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups.
Monitor company supplies, negotiate with vendors, and place orders.
**Production & Factory Operations**
Collect and analyze daily production reports.
Monitor efficiency in machine operations, manpower productivity, and fuel consumption.
Ensure timely procurement of materials by sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing deliveries.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
**Miscellaneous Responsibilities**
Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and training.
Handle certain personal tasks for the MD, such as travel bookings and bill payments.
Adapt to new processes and systems as per company requirements.
This role requires **excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills** to support the MD and ensure smooth company operations. Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- **Must be 1-3 years of Experience in the same field.**:
- Degree in business administration or a relative field
- **Proficient in MS Office & basic knowledge of Google Sheets**:
- **Should have good oral and written COMMUNICATION skills.**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Integrity and confidentiality
- **Smart & Dynamic - willing and able to do multi-task**:
- Easy Adaptability to Internal systems
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
