**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator Intern to support our project management team in the successful execution of various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and management. You will assist in managing timelines, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective communication across various teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing project tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations.
- Help in creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on project status.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure project expenditures are within the allocated budget.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and attend project meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are followed up.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decisions and problem-solving.
- Provide administrative support for project managers as needed.
- Assist in identifying and resolving potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or success.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or Jira) is a plus.
