**Job Title: Project Coordinator (6 Months - 1 Year Experience)**
**Location**: Mohali
**Shift**: Evening Shift/Night Shift

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Track project progress, update reports, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks efficiently.
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to project requirements, budget, and deadlines.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure project deliverables meet expected standards.

**Requirements**:

- **6 months to 1 year of experience** as a **Project Coordinator** or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
