Job role: Web Development project coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Web Development Project Coordinator to join our

growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our valued clients, talented developers, and

creative designers, ensuring all projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the web development process.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to understand project requirements, timelines, and potential roadblocks.
- Translate client needs into clear and actionable tasks for the development team.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and task lists.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients and internal teams to keep everyone informed and ensure project alignment.
- Manage project scope and proactively address any client concerns.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the final website meets client specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver project deliverables on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date on the latest web development trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with web development workflows a plus.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience in the web development industry.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
