Transport Operations Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Driver Recruitment and Selection**:
Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting qualified drivers.

Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess driver skills, experience, and commitment.

Collaborate with HR to ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and regulations.

**2. Driver Training and Development**:
Design and execute comprehensive training programs for new and existing drivers.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance driver skills, safety, and performance.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

**3. Fleet Management**:
Oversee the maintenance and performance of electric trucks in the fleet.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule regular servicing and repairs.

Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

**4. Performance Monitoring**:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for drivers and monitor their performance regularly.

Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Implement driver scorecard systems to track and reward performance excellence.

**5. Compliance and Regulation**:

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
