We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable **Transport Manager** to oversee and coordinate all school transportation services, ensuring safety, punctuality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage the daily transportation operations including school buses and contracted services.
- Develop and maintain transportation routes to ensure maximum efficiency and student safety.
- Supervise drivers and transportation staff, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, fuel usage, maintenance, and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, drivers, and school administration regarding transport-related matters.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, delays, or accidents involving school transport.
- Ensure all transportation services are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and manage the transportation budget.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in transport management or logistics (experience in a school environment is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license; a commercial driving license (CDL) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions quickly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Transport Management or Logistics.
- First Aid and Emergency Management training.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
