**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain diaries, schedules, and appointments.
- Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Draft, review, and manage official documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes taking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the executive in daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in [specific industry if applicable].
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
