We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to handle institutional sales for our NCC (National Cadet Corps) uniforms. The role involves identifying potential schools, colleges, and universities, visiting them, building strong relationships, and generating bulk uniform orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach schools, colleges, and universities that have NCC units
- Schedule and conduct visits to meet decision-makers and present our uniform range
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutions
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production team for timely delivery
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales
- Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and orders
- Represent the brand professionally in all meetings and communications

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in field visits and client interactions
- Ability to plan and execute sales targets independently
- Two-wheeler for local travel preferred
- Basic knowledge of uniforms or garment industry will be an advantage

Education & Experience:

- Graduate (any stream)
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
