**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Explain product/service features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Follow up on leads and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Update CRM or Excel sheets with accurate call details and status.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in every interaction.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
