**Your Skills**:

- For leading job (Team Leader):
Ensures the efficiency of the team of operation quality segment Auditors
Ensures regular communication with the team members: awareness about the Quality Policy the company
Ensures the continuous training of segment Quality employees as needed
- Ensures the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases
- Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment
- Ensures the control of non-conforming products
- Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures
- Responsible for elaboration and follow-up of a Quality Improvement Plan to reach the Targets
- Participates on daily basis on the Quality Meeting with production (Line QRQC)
- Is authorized to stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes/products
- Maintains and controls the respect of quality planning for new projects (product and process release)
- Ensures and coordinates the procedures approval for production processes according to supplier’s specification, customer requirements and internal procedures
- Ensures the release and follow-up of Deviation Approval for all segregated processes
- Registers, monitors and validates data's within CPK, CMK, etc.
- Ensures that IATF 16949 standard is maintained for WPA area, is responsible to organize the preparation for IATF audit within his/her area of responsibility
- Responsible for Customer Audit in the segment
- Develops relevant dashboards and monitor KPI's
- Maintains the control Quality according to customer requirements and internal procedures
- Ensures compliance with Customer Specific Requirements, customer technical specifications and internal procedures
- Participates to Production concept review and checks that customer requirements are fulfilled
- Defines the rework process and rules detailed in product (especially for KSK system, JIT, non-JIT)
- Hands over all lessons learned to serial production
- Maintains the cutting &WPA control plan and participates to FMEA reviews
- Within Assembly area:
Maintains the technical documents of the client (drawing, additional drawing, technical change)
Maintains the use of Omnitracker Software and Customer database
Maintains the control plan and participates to FMEA reviews

**Your Skills**:

- **Level of Education**: Bac+5 or Engineer
- **Branch Of Study**:all branches
- **Experience**: Min 3 Years
- **Language **:French & English
- **Social competences**: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- **Professional competence** : Master the quality tools
