**1-TL Supplier Quality Assurance Production Facility**

**Your Skills**:

- Continuous provision of relevant information to subordinates, superiors and colleagues (country and central);
- Supervises incoming inspection activities with frequencies and methods as clarified in procedures;
- Raises and manages complaints to suppliers (NLQ) caused by quality issues raised/detected by customers, or internally;
- Follow up and closing of complaints after accepting 8D and closing CONC's (including administrative costs);
- First escalation level;
- Ensures the development and implementation of QM standards in the area of responsibility;
- Ensure deployment of Customer Requirements and compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA6.3 in the area of responsibility;
- Coordinates interdepartmental activities and monitors the results in order to achieve the defined objectives;
- Decides and supervises all the sorting activities required before dispatch to produciton (sorting, Firewall) to protect Leoni processes and ensure appropriate follow-up of Quality Costs;
- Monitors change implementation processes with topics related to supplier and forward changes (PCN) comunicated from supplier to relevant teams;
- Reports Quality Results (KPI) to Country and to WSD management and gives input for supplier evaluation (omnitracker);
- Responsible to approve (or reject) deviations requested by suppliers;
- Lead the team of Supplier Plant team Leaders and officers;
- Authorized to Stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes/products;
- Develop relevant procedures;
- Responsible for continious improvment in his/her area;
- Responsable for requesting, archiving and approving of PPAPs;
- Monitor central 'on hold' areas with supplier related issues;
- Supervises store audits to ensure compliance with storgae conditions;
- Regularly review of control plan;
- Participates in intenal and external audits.

**Your Skills**:

- **Level of Education**: Bac+5 or Engineer
- **Branch Of Study**:Technical
- **Experience**: Min 2 Years in Quality Management in the automotive industry
- **Language **:French & English is Mandatory
- **Social competences**: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- **Professional competence** : Master of the quality tools
