**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Commis 1** to join our culinary team. As a key team member, you will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and special tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

**Work Conditions**:

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate duty.
