**About the role**:
Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to support the LMS team in our Client Services (CS) division. As an LMS Admin, you will manage & administer the Docebo LMS, including vendor management, technical issue research, user communication, integrations, metrics and reporting, and system testing. You will work closely with the Content management and L&D teams to implement the content for both Internal & External branches in LMS.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Create Learning Plans/Curriculums, uploading SCORM/AICC Content as per the training need & requirement. Editing & updating e-learning modules.
- Partner with the Cvent Client Services, Marketing and various technology teams to provide high-quality, simple, and effective learning experiences to Cvent’s customers that impact their business outcomes.
- Work closely with Cvent Training & content creation teams and implement new content rollout for both Internal users & clients.
- Support learner issues and inquiries as related to the LMS and other learning systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with process, technology and data requirements according to system governance.
- Conduct regular reviews of learning data for adherence to standards, consistency, accuracy, and integrity
- Monitor the LMS integration with Salesforce CRM tool.
- User Integration & Monitor feeds between HR and learning systems; raise and resolve feed errors or failures.
- Create user logins and assign user permissions, create and manage user structures including the creation of user groups and learning paths, and manage users’ course enrollment.
- Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related system issues. Help to identify and prevent problems before they occur.
- Ensure functionality of the LMS in the areas of registration, notification, administration of training operations, assessment and resource management.
- Establish standard reports and dashboards that are accurate and timely and enable managers, training team, and other internal stakeholders to determine training effectiveness.
- Based on reporting, recommend adjustments to learning content management, workflow processes, and user experience that would improve the learner experience and business impact.
- Train and support Power users/Trainers on the use of the LMS.
- Work with internal and external business partners to generate technical and functional solutions to business issues and plan/implement those solutions.
- Develop, configure, and manage learning paths or training modules based on product use, job function, and other requirements; these may include activities, training courses, certifications, assessments, articles, Captivate modules or on-demand videos.

**What You Will Need for this Position**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience working on any LMS system.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and quality with exceptional organization skills.
- Good experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Creative, inquisitive and coachable; ability to take constructive feedback.
- Should be comfortable working East Coast hours.
