**Job description**

Flaviant Network Private Limited is an Ed-Tech Organisation looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated LMS Executive.

The job responsibilities will be:

- Monitoring student progress to ensure that they are meeting course requirements
- Coordinating with other departments and staff members to ensure the operations run smoothly
- Serve as the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring optimal system performance and availability
- Manage LMS user accounts, permissions, and roles in accordance with established security protocols
- Configure LMS settings and preferences to meet the specific needs of each organization or project
- Upload, organize, and maintain all digital learning content within the LMS
- Design and implement creative solutions to improve the usability and functionality of the LMS
- Generate reports on LMS usage and activity, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Train new users on how to use the LMS, including best practices for content creation and management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to learning management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the LMS meets the needs of all users
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to the LMS
- Provide support to end users during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods
- Perform regular backups of LMS data

Technical skills: Technical skills are the abilities to use software, hardware and other tools to complete tasks. LMS administrators use technical skills to manage and update course content, create and manage user accounts and manage the LMS system. Technical skills are also necessary to troubleshoot technical issues with the LMS system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, with hands on experience on computers.
- 2 years' experience with learning management systems (LMS), Experience developing and administering online courses
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
