**Job Summary**
Responsible for Kitchen Operation
- **Menu planning and development**: Creating menus based on seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and market trends, including designing new dishes and refining existing recipes.
- **Ingredient sourcing**: Selecting high-quality ingredients from suppliers, maintaining relationships with vendors, and managing food inventory.
- **Kitchen management**: Supervising kitchen staff, assigning tasks, training new cooks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- **Food preparation**: Cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring proper techniques and plating presentation.
- **Quality control**: Inspecting food quality, maintaining food safety standards, and adhering to sanitation regulations.
- **Cost control**: Managing food costs by monitoring portion sizes and minimizing waste.
- **Staff training and development**: Coaching and mentoring kitchen staff to improve skills and techniques.
- **Special event planning**: Designing menus for special occasions and catering events.
- **Collaboration with other departments**: Communicating with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Minimum 5- 10 years of Experience

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
