Overview

Key Responsibilities

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage front desk.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

**Accounting Duties**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payroll records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative and accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
