**Position Overview**
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Accounts & Admin Executive** to manage our day-to-day accounting, office administration, and logistics coordination. This is a crucial role that ensures our workspace run with accuracy and efficiency.
You'll be responsible for managing petty cash, logistics, and day-to-day product production, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative tasks. If you’re a hands-on, numbers-savvy multitasker with a hustle mindset — we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounts Management**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (entries, reconciliations, payments, receipts)
- Manage petty cash, staff reimbursements, and office-related expenses
- Monitor and update vendor invoices and payment schedules
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations with the production staff
- Manage timely courier bookings and logistics
**Administration & Office Support**
- Manage office supplies, utilities, and vendor relationships (couriers, cleaners, maintenance)
- Maintain records for purchases, inventories, and administrative costs
- Assist in HR documentation, attendance, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate courier dispatch and logistics documents as required
**Skills & Experience**
- 1-3 years experience in accounts and admin (experience in a fashion/lifestyle/startup is a plus)
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi
- A go-getter attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
