**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimization.

**Content Management**
- Coordinate with the content team to produce high-quality and engaging content for digital channels.
- Oversee content updates and new content creation on the company website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and improve website traffic through effective SEO and content marketing strategies.

**Social Media Management**
- Develop and manage social media calendar, creating engaging posts that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community on all social platforms.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize strategy based on insights.

**SEO & SEM**
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
- Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and manage SEO efforts including on-page and off-page optimization.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing results.
- A/B test campaigns to understand effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Optimize campaigns for better open and conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an in-house role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
