**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Build and manage audiences based on interests, behaviors, and lookalikes
- Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, ROAS and provide detailed reports
- Collaborate with designers to create impactful ad creatives
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and platform updates

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads campaign management
- Proficiency in Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns (SaaS industry preferred)
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
