**Job Title**: Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

As an Upwork Bidder, your primary role is to secure freelance opportunities for the company through effective bidding on the Upwork platform. You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, engaging with clients, and showcasing the company's expertise to win projects.

**Content Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and target audience

**Content Creation**:

- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's voice.

**Visual Content**:

- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing content, including infographics, images, and video materials.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances overall storytelling.

**Project Identification**:

- Actively search for relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company's skills and services.

**Proposal Creation**:

- Craft persuasive and tailored proposals in response to client project descriptions.
- Highlight the company's strengths, experience, and value proposition.

**Client Communication**:

- Engage with clients through Upwork's messaging platform to clarify project requirements and demonstrate responsiveness.

**Negotiation**:

- Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the company's capabilities.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
