Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to produce engaging short/long form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, editing, and visual aesthetics, and can transform concepts into compelling videos that drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and shoot (Reels, Shorts-style content) for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to conceptualize video ideas aligned with brand strategy.
• Ensure videos are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for platform-specific formats and algorithms.
• Keep up with trends, viral challenges, and new techniques in short-form video creation.
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in videography, preferably in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, camera techniques, and sound recording.
• Creative storytelling skills with an ability to convey a message in under 60 seconds.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
