**Job Title: Indian Street Food Chef**

The Indian Street Food Chef will prepare, present, and innovate authentic chaats and regional street food dishes, ensuring top-quality taste, hygiene, and presentation. This role demands expertise in traditional recipes, creativity for seasonal specials, and the ability to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced kitchen.

Working closely with the kitchen team, the chef will manage ingredient freshness, control portions etc. They will also contribute to menu development, train junior staff, and ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Prepare and cook authentic Indian street food & chaat dishes.

**2**.Maintain consistent flavor, presentation, and quality.

**3**.Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines (FSSAI).

**4**.Manage ingredient freshness, storage, and stock control.

**5**.Develop seasonal or festive specials for the menu.

**6**.Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

**7**.Ensure speed and efficiency during peak service hours.

**8**.Control portions and minimize wastage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
