**About Us**

Thumbi AI Stories is an innovative **edtech** startup AI-powered storytelling app for children, transforming kids’ ideas into personalized stories with narration, visuals, and interactive elements. Our mission is to reshape how children learn and imagine in today's digital world.

Our app is live on the App Store and Google Play. Thumbi AI Stories was among just **16**startups from **Kerala**selected to showcase at **Startup Mahakumbh**, **New Delhi**—India’s biggest startup expo. With robust investor interest and national attention, we're in a critical growth phase, raising our first funding round and expanding operations.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead daily operations, streamline processes, and execute growth strategies.
- Directly assist the CEO in strategic planning, investor interactions, and fundraising activities.
- Independently conduct investor meetings and operational demos.
- Willingness to travel alone to meet investors and stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as user growth, engagement, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee documentation, compliance, contracts, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Contribute strategically to long-term business planning, partnerships, and team development.
- Align closely with our AI-driven app’s technical aspects to integrate product and business strategies effectively.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years experience in operations, project management, or startup execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong skills in operational management, planning, and optimization.
- Proactive, confident, collaborative, and trustworthy.
- Strategic thinker with practical ideas for business growth.
- Comfortable understanding and supporting AI-driven technology products.
- Bonus: Knowledge of startup funding processes, operational scaling, and related challenges.

**Compensation**
- ₹10,000/month initially, plus equity options (up to 2%) available after a 3-month performance evaluation. Consider this as ramen-level pay until our funding kicks in.
- Post-funding, your compensation will significantly increase, commensurate with your performance and responsibilities.
