Logistics Field Sales Executive
Role
This position is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinators who lead and oversee the sales across functions. This role involves working closely with the team of project managers, production managers and logistics managers while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.

Fixed 25000/- to 35000/- + Incentives
**Experience**:
2-3 years of experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Knowledge of Bengaluru's logistics and transport environment is an advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals. Utilize inside sales knowledge.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- maintain close contact with all customers
- including follow up on concerns or other issues.
Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick
- up/delivery and potential service failures.
Communicate customer problems to management.
Provide documented activity reports of sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Create daily sales reports to track leads and prospective clients
