**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in need of logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of services.
- Represent Srish Logistics at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Track sales performance, generate regular reports, and provide insights to improve strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,702.96 - ₹35,538.37 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
