**About the team**:
Team Develops and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments. Possesses knowledge in a specific business area.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
- Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
- Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
- Controls and manages own daily test activities.
- Provides internal quality assurance and Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
- Organizes and maintains the test script library.

**What you bring**:

- 7 to 10 Years of experience includes at least 5+ years in hands-on testing experience in manual, Functional testing in both Mainframe and Open Systems and strong decision-making skills.
- Must exhibit an understanding of concepts of different types of testing.
- Must demonstrate a basic understanding of the Traceability Matrix, Test Coverage Table, Risk Assessment, and test estimation.
- Must be able to execute test cases and scenarios. Must be able to report and review testing results. Should have working knowledge of defect management lifecycle including usage of tools like Quality Center, Remedy, etc.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- US Core Banking domain knowledge (Loans, Deposits, etc.)
- SAFe / Agile Scrum hands-on experience
- TestRail, Rally knowledge is a plus
- Any automation framework expertise
