Job Title: Core Banking Testing Professional

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing of core banking systems, with a focus on retail banking modules such as CASA, Term Deposits (TD), Loans, and Payments.
  • Work closely with implementation teams, technical teams, and business users to ensure functional requirements are understood and validated.
  • Develop and execute detailed testing strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented banking modules.
  • Create test cases, document test results, and maintain issue logs for effective project management.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing phases, including UAT support, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support implementation projects, which may require travel or relocation as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have prior experience working on core banking applications, preferably Flexcube Retail.
  • Should have a strong background in banking projects or with a bank.
  • Possess a good understanding of software testing principles and functional workflows in banking systems.
  • Hold an engineering degree in any stream.
  • Be willing to adapt to changing project requirements and travel or relocate as necessary.
