**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research, gather data, and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
- **Business Development Support**: Assist in identifying potential partners, clients, and investors, and contribute to developing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning, implementation, and tracking of key milestones, ensuring efficient execution.
- **Technology Integration**: Contribute to the exploration and evaluation of technology solutions, identify tools and platforms that enhance operational efficiency, and support the integration of tech-enabled processes.
- **Communication and Documentation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, real estate, hospitality, technology, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in real estate, Proptech and a desire to learn about the sector
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide meaningful insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
