**Job Description: Founder’s Office Associate**

Our client is seeking a **Founder’s Office Associate** to work closely with the **Founder/CEO**, providing **strategic and operational support** in day-to-day activities and playing a key role in **driving the company's goals**. This role involves **high-level project management, strategic initiatives, administrative tasks, and financial research**, including assistance in the **IPO process**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management** - Oversee and streamline business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- **Executive Support** - Assist the Founder/CEO with scheduling, planning, and executing key business decisions.
- **Communication, Reporting & Analysis** - Prepare reports, analyze business trends, and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
- **Research on Projects & Finance** - Conduct in-depth research on financial trends, investments, and IPO-related activities as guided by the founder.
- **Assistance in IPO Process** - Support the company’s IPO preparation by handling financial research, documentation, and regulatory compliance coordination.
- **PPT Designing** - Create high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field** (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a **Founder’s Office role** with exposure to strategic initiatives.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced skills in **MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Project Management tools**.
- **Finance & IPO Knowledge**: Strong understanding of financial research, IPO processes, and capital market trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent **written and verbal communication**, with strong attention to detail.

**Joining**: Immediate

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
