**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT helpdesk queries, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality user support.
- Handle hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and configuration across multiple platforms including macOS.
- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle: procurement, tagging, assignment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Facilitate asset allocation for new joiners and ensure efficient asset recovery during employee exits.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Organize and track asset movement between locations or departments, maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
- Oversee peripheral and secondary IT infrastructure including TVs, speakers, and other media hardware.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL practices in daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Proficiency in English (written and oral).
- Ability to complete tasks on time and collaborate with other departments.
- Possesses outstanding communication abilities and is skilled in engaging with stakeholders.
- Should possess a strong problem-solving nature.
- Must be proficient in data management.
- Should demonstrate high integrity and ownership.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management or IT support roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
