We are looking for passionate, charismatic and skilled sales/reservations professionals to approach potential clients and inform them of our health services. The nature of sales is Consultative Sales i.e. focussing on relationship and trust building with prospects, through open communication.

Job description - Reservations Specialists

The Manager is responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.

To be successful in this role, you must have deep interest in health/wellness and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients.

..Create compelling sales pitches.
- Sell the company's products and services.
- Complete all the processes relating to a sale.
- Perform research on the competition's services.
- Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services & Always be Closing
- Efficiently use CRM
- Boost sales

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience of working in sales
- Minimum - Bachelor’s degree (any field is fine)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire guests to a healthier living
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills (English) and computer skills
- Prior experience of working on CRM
- Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues
- Charismatic personality
- Proven record of boosting team performance

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
