**Job Summary**:
The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective customers through the sales process, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable product/service solutions. The role involves counseling clients, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and counsel potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Conduct consultations and follow-ups with leads generated via walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Guide clients in the decision-making process and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to address client queries effectively.
- Handle objections confidently and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Generate reports on sales performance and provide feedback to management.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (industry-specific experience is an advantage).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
