Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Sales Counselor. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for assisting clients with their skin care needs, providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, offering suitable treatments, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Additional responsibilities include organizing client information and managing sales records.

  • Sales experience and the ability to drive results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the beauty or healthcare industry is a plus
