- **Inventory**: Managing inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- **Cleanliness**: Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations
- **Performance evaluations**: Conducting performance evaluations for restaurant staff
- **Food and beverage service**: Supervising food and beverage services, and recommending service standards
- **Guest interaction**: Interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience

Restaurant captains should be well-groomed, physically fit, and customer-centric. They should also have excellent communication and observational skills, and be able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
