**Job description**
**Role and Responsibilities-**

**1. Processing, Inputting & Reporting of transactions**

Processes transactions as per the defined internal guidelines/documented process Ensures timely settlement of respective product related transactions Prepares and generates various risk MIS reports for internal reporting Generates all process related MIS as per agreed timelines Prepares Regulatory reports as per agreed timelines

**2. Audit & Compliance**

Ensures comprehensive compliance with all internal regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services and provision of data to concurrent and internal auditors. Process Improvement & Automation Participates and engages in projects in the areas such as automation to mitigate operational risk and time reduction. Plays an active role in new processes and systems roll out.

**3. Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities -**

Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as and when necessary Performs Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reconciliation of office accounts
