Experience18 to 20 years out of which 15 years should have handled senior positions in finance and account stream

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise entire finance function (controllers, treasurers, taxation etc.) including the revenue flows, expenditures & profitability.
- ble to make analysis and respond to investors, board, regulator & shareholders queries.
- MIS & presentations to Senior Management & Board.
- Driving the company’s financial planning. Including building the right investment strategies for the company by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Supervise entire finance (controllers, treasurers etc.) team.
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
- Performing risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
- Responsible for the administrative, financial and financial risk management operations of the company.
- Responsible for the issuance of all financial information of the company including revenues, expenses, preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Annual Reports etc.
- Preparing, Monitoring and Implementation of Budgets.
- Oversee all Vendor Payments and Purchases.
- Oversee all payroll activity and ensure timely credit of staff salaries, incentives, bonuses and other benefits.
- Keep abreast of current market and industry issues, regulation and policies, and maintains relationships with the community and industry trade groups.
- Will be responsible for the formulation and execution of the organization’s short-term and long-term financial goals, strategies and outcomes.
- To have flair of technology benefiting finance and Accounts team.
- Will oversee Procurement activities mainly the acquisitions of goods and services made by the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Should be able to multitask.
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and people skills.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bank reporting and regulations
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to persuade influence and negotiate.
- Proactive initiative to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Abreast of regulatory, taxation, and compliance issues and ensure adherence to all banking related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of Finance, Technology and depository industry, (Finance and Accounting related).
