We at ReVibe, The Premium Yoga & De-Stress Studio, are introducing our innovative **De-Stress Room**—a tranquil personal space designed to help our guests unwind from the demands of home and office life. Located amidst the bustling Sarjapur Road, this unique sanctuary features a powerful therapeutic equipment that promotes better sleep, mood enhancement, and overall health. Paired with calming theta wave music, the room provides an unparalleled aesthetic and sensory experience, delivering stress relief like never before. As the **Front Desk Manager - De-Stress Room**, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a seamless and rejuvenating experience in this one-of-a-kind space.
The front desk Manager for the De-Stress Room will manage the operational and customer-facing aspects of our 25-minute personalized therapeutic sessions. These sessions include the use of a powerful therapeutic equipment paired with theta wave music to calm the nervous system in a private space. This role combines client interaction, room preparation, booking management, and sales outreach, requiring a friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Welcoming Guests**: Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel relaxed and comfortable.
**Process Orientation**: Inform guests about the de-stress session process through a video presentation on the TV, and assist them in signing waivers before the session.
**Room Preparation**: Ensure the De-Stress Room is cleaned and sanitised before each session, maintaining a soothing ambiance.
**Guiding Guests**: Escort clients to the room, explain the session setup, and start the 25-minute timer.
**Post-Session Assistance**: Escort guests out of the room post-session and address any feedback or questions.
**Booking and Call Management**:
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries regarding de-stress sessions.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and follow-up calls to ensure client attendance.
- Schedule appointments and update the booking system accurately.
**Sales Outreach**: Conduct outbound calls to promote services, upsell packages, and build client relationships.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficiently manage multiple bookings, calls, and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Hygiene and Cleanliness**: Understanding the importance of maintaining a clean, sanitized space.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Ability to upsell services and confidently promote packages during client interactions or outbound calls.
