**About the Job**

As a AVP- Client Success, you will be responsible for driving strategy and scaling multiple key clients.

What you will do:

- Leading and working with teams on integrated client mandates as well as Media Mandates (typical budgets of INR 5 to 25 crores per annum per client)
- Building relationships with key clients in the region and driving business outcomes
- Leading and mentoring the team to plan, execute and optimise social media paid campaigns
- Analyzing trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to guide the team
- Training media team members on various aspects of organic social media and paid social media
- Supporting and mentoring team members (potential team size of 6-10 team members initially)

What you need to have:

- 6- 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in relationship building with large brands and/ or hyperscaling startups
- Knowledge on Platforms: Meta ecosystem (FB, Instagram) and running large scale paid campaigns, OTT platforms, YouTube, Google Analytics, Optional: Mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch), Optional: Analytics Automation (e.g. DataStudio)
- Analytical with a strong understanding of digital media
- Knowledge on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
