**Position Overview**:
As a Content Creator / Social Media Executive at The Brandview, you will be instrumental in developing engaging, data-driven social media content that captivates audiences and aligns with brand goals. You will own the content calendar creation process, coordinate with our talented graphic designers to bring ideas to life visually, and ensure that our clients’ brands maintain a consistent and impactful presence across social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Calendar Development**: Develop and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring that each calendar aligns with the client’s branding, goals, and target audience. You’ll also ensure that content is timely and relevant, leveraging important dates, holidays, and current events to maximize engagement.
- **Content Ideation & Strategy**: Strategize and brainstorm content ideas that promote engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. Regularly analyze and incorporate industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Collaboration with Graphic Designers**: Work closely with our design team, passing along detailed briefs for graphics and providing creative direction that brings content ideas to life visually. Ensure graphics align with the tone, style, and messaging of each client’s brand.
- **Copywriting**: Craft compelling captions and social media copy that speak to each client’s unique voice and resonate with their audience. Content should be optimized for readability and engagement.
- **Social Media Scheduling & Posting**: Use scheduling tools to coordinate posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring posts go live at optimal times.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor client social media channels, engaging with followers through comments, messages, and responses. Build and maintain a positive online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media metrics and engagement across all client accounts, providing monthly performance reports. Offer insights and recommendations for optimizing future content and strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay on top of social media and content trends, including new platform features, trending formats (e.g., Reels, Stories), and emerging strategies, to keep client content competitive and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written communication skills with an ability to create content that speaks directly to the target audience.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple accounts, maintain detailed content calendars, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- **Creativity & Visual Awareness**: A knack for visual storytelling and an understanding of the elements of eye-catching design. Able to clearly communicate visual ideas to designers.
- **Collaboration**: A team player who can work seamlessly with graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Up-to-date with platform-specific trends, algorithms, and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer

- Basic design skills in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization for social media content (preferred).
