As a Social Media Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity.

2. Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Curate relevant and trending content from external sources to supplement the content strategy.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to promote products, services, or specific marketing initiatives.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track campaign performance, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts

6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices. Continuously explore new platforms, features, and techniques to maximize social media marketing impact.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.

3. Experience in managing paid social media campaigns and utilizing advertising platforms.

4. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.

6. Knowledge of emerging social media trends, technologies, and tools.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
