Job description

ICTUSA founded in 2004, continues to expand on a premium Hemp and Alternative Products company. We are the manufacturer of many products with distribution nationwide.
- Handling campaigns on Social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube Instagram.
- Maintained strong social media presence.
- Manage Social Media Planning for execution of marketing strategies community management
- Develops online marketing campaigns effectively increasing likes, reach, followers and driving brand awareness.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of social media advertising to create ad budget and placements.
- Takes responsibility on writing optimizing content for social media posts.
- Implementing marketing and promotion tactics that led to growth in social media increase in website traffic from social media posts.
- Sharing posts on insta groups and community to help in branding, engaging, drive traffic and increase in lead and conversion.
- Builds social media calendar events to promote on regular basis on social media platforms.
- Monitor online presence of company brand and engaged with users strengthening relationships.
- Promotes blogs on Social media platforms to get more views increase in driving traffic to the websites.
- Preparing report on bi-weekly of promotions and AD Campaigns.
- Ideating and executing social media marketing strategies.
- Discuss with marketing team with developing and implementing social media strategies.
- Works in close co-ordination with the design team on how to improve the creative and shares ideas for creative images.

Pay: ₹8,496.82 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Work Location: In person
