Paid Social Expert Roles and Responsibilities:

- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
- Understanding of social media KPIs
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
- Create, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for social media ads.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
- Foster positive engagement and build relationships with followers and influencers.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years Experience is a must.
