We are currently looking for a **Senior Call Center Executive** to handle customer calls and ensure excellent service delivery for our UAE-based process related to **Car Insurance**, **Roadside Assistance**, and **Rental Car Services**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding car insurance, roadside assistance, and rental car services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly while adhering to company guidelines.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a call center environment, preferably handling US or UK-based processes.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral or global accent.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
